The key conditions that apply when you search, reserve, use, and return a vehicle through Blackhorse.
Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed only after the required payment is received and the fleet confirms fulfilment. Prices, deposits, fees, and the amount due now are shown before payment.
Eligibility and vehicle use
Self-drive rentals require an approved, unexpired driver’s licence. Renters must follow the vehicle-specific mileage, fuel, safety, and permitted-use conditions shown during checkout and handover.
Changes, cancellation, and return
Change, cancellation, late-return, damage, and deposit rules can vary by booking. The applicable terms must be shown before payment and remain available in the booking record.
